The Thunders’ program is supported solely by grants, donations, and sponsors.

Our expenses include:

  • Seasonal Ice Rental (averages $3,500/season)
  • Sleds ($650-$850 each)
  • Protective gear ($450-$550 per player) – helmet, gloves, shoulder/elbow/shin pads
  • Sled hockey sticks ($60 – $100 per pair)
  • Jerseys ($50)

Each player is loaned a sled, sticks and protective gear for the season and provided with their own jersey.
There is NO COST for the first season of play. Each season thereafter there is a nominal fee.
